2019 Swedish debt collection company
We are currently conducting a migration from a legacy system to the Aptic Arc debt collection system. (Skills: AS / 400 IBM, MSSQL, Aptic Arc)
2018 European debt collection company and returning customer
Migration was carried out from a legacy system to the Aptic Arc debt collection system. The target system was in production during the project and contained large amounts of data. The project ran for 12 months and the customer was very satisfied. (Skills: AS / 400 iSeries, SSIS, SQL (MSSQL Oracle), APIs in the target system (Aptic Arc))
2018 Swedish debt collection company
Migration in smaller format was carried out where data was migrated from old Nova installation to existing production installation of the Nova debt collection system elsewhere. The migration also included the transformation of the old document archive. The project ran for eight months with good results. (Skills: MSSQL, C #, ObjectBasic)
2015 – 2017 European debt collection company
The Dutch business was migrated from AS / 400 iSeries to the Aptic Arc debt collection system. The challenge in this project was that the customer had sold the production server, which set clear requirements for the delivery date. The outcome of the project was, nevertheless, above expectations and went according to schedule. (Skills: AS / 400 iSeries, SQL (MSSQL Oracle), APIs in the target system (Aptic Arc), SSIS, DBA)
2014 – 2016 European finance company
The Swedish operations were migrated from AS / 400 (IBM) to the Nova debt collection system. The customer was very pleased with the result and the collaboration where Asitis also helped them with some 40 integrations in connection with migration. The project ran for about 24 months. (Skills: AS / 400, C #, SQL (MSSQL Oracle), ObjectBasic, SSIS, XML)
2012 – 2013 Large Scandinavian bank
The Finnish operation was migrated from a legacy system to the Nova debt collection system. The big challenge in the project was that the only person with knowledge of the target system had retired and was difficult to contact. With this, a thorough review and analysis of systems and data was required. One difficulty was that the system was based on a MainFrame solution with Finnish abbreviations in table and column names. Language transgressions became a challenge as not everyone could speak Swedish or English. We successfully completed the 18-month migration. (Competences: AS / 400, C #, MSSQL, ObjectBasic)
2011 – 2013 European debt collection company
The Gothenburg-based business was migrated from AS / 400 to the Nova debt collection system. The challenge in this project was that the customer chose to migrate in 32 separate runs instead of a single large migration. The migrations could only be carried out on special occasions due to financial reconciliations that needed to be taken into account. This meant that we to a greater extent scheduled sharp migration runs over holidays. The project was conducted with very good results and ran over 24 months. 2011 – 2013 European debt collection company
The Stockholm-based business was migrated from Oracle to the Nova debt collection system. In this project, the challenge was that the customer chose to shut down the Stockholm office during the project period, with the result that key persons with knowledge of the system were no longer available. The data was migrated into Nova at the collection company headquarters. They still use the same system today with good results. The project ran for 18 months. 2002 – 2008 International debt collection company
10+ major conversions were carried out from Inkasso2000 (DOS Btrieve) to the debt collection system Nova during the years 2002-2008. This took place at company acquisitions where data was migrated to a new system. (Skills: Dos, Btrieve, Novel Networks, SQL (MSSQL Oracle), Pascal, C ++, ObjectBasic)
